Requirements:
Candidate should be currently based in Qatar.

Keyskills:
Management Systems
• Awareness of client Integrated Management Systems (Quality; Environment; Occupational Health &
Safety; Responsible Care; & Energy Management Systems; and IFA Product Stewardship)
• Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures of client Integrated Management Systems .

Accountability
• Act as the first point of contact for end-users, handling IT related incidents and service
requests via phone, email, or ITSM portal, ensuring timely resolution and high customer
satisfaction.
• Perform basic administration tasks for Microsoft 365 environments, including user account
setup, password resets, and access management under supervision.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining server hardware and virtual environments, reporting
issues to senior administrators.
• Support the deployment of software updates and patches, ensuring compliance with clients

Patch Management policies.
• Document all incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ITSM platform, maintaining
accurate records for audit and trend analysis.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or the IT System Administrator, providing
detailed documentation to facilitate quick resolution.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory records, including hardware and software assets, under the
guidance of senior team members.
• Provide basic user training and guidance on Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint
Online) and SAP RISE access to enhance end-user proficiency.
• Support IT infrastructure projects by performing assigned tasks, such as hardware setup or
software installations, as directed.
• Adhere to clients cybersecurity policies, ensuring secure handling of user data and
compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Qualification

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field .
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles .
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic system administration preferred .
• CompTIA A+ certification required; Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is a plus .
