Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our fire service and maintenance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong industry knowledge of fire protection systems and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for fire protection services (AMC, inspections, maintenance, retrofitting, and emergency repairs).
• Identify and target new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, and governmental sectors.
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve service quality or develop new offerings.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure service satisfaction and upsell additional services.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams for smooth project execution and customer handover.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Suggest improvements in sales processes, pricing, and service packaging.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with fire safety regulations and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum [X] years of sales experience in the fire protection industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire systems: alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants, suppression systems, etc.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes (NFPA, OSHA, local fire codes).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in fire protection or service & Maintenance sales.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and safety codes
• Experience managing AMC and long-term service contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid KSA driver’s license (preferred).
