Experience
Years of Experience: 3 – 5 Years Field of Experience : Similar role experience, or related customer service experience in technical, and operational environment.

•Technical proficiency with computer and software applications. •Technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems. •Strong leadership skills and team management. •Proficient with customer service and communication.
