About Us

Our factory specializes in manufacturing calcium carbonate filler for plastic shopping bag producers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records: accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, and petty cash

Prepare monthly trial balances and financial statements

Reconcile bank statements and supplier/vendor accounts

Assist with VAT filings and coordinate with auditors

Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements

Communicate with suppliers and clients in Arabic, English, and Urdu

Assist management with budget tracking and basic financial analysis

Work with auditors on submission of the annual audit report.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing sector preferred)

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, ZohoBooks, or similar)

Fluent in Arabic, English, and Urdu (written and spoken)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a small-team environment

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Base Salary: SAR 4,000–5,000 (depending on experience)
Annual End-of-Service Gratuity: As per Saudi Labor Law
