Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workshop staff, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee and ensure the timely and efficient completion of all vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
• Monitor workflow and implement strategies to optimize workshop productivity.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on workshop activities, vehicle status, and personnel performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical faults in heavy vehicles/trucks.
• Strong understanding of truck systems, including engines, transmissions, braking, and electrical components.
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated administrative and leadership skills in a workshop environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a resident of Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
