We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

o Identify and research potential customers and new business opportunities.
o Cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads.
o Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Sales and Relationship Management:
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
o Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
o Negotiate contracts and close sales.
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Administration and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in a CRM system.
o Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
o Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
• Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
o Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
o Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
