Description
Our transportation company is looking for a male Admin Clerk to work in our garage.
Job Description:
Register and update bus check-in/out
Recording vehicle maintenance
Process accident insurance claim
Updating Sinotrack
Checking CCTV (Bus camera)
Process monthly bus passing
Handling issues or complaints related to vehicles and preparing replacements of vehicles if
needed
Preparing quotations for vehicle maintenance
Issue invoices for walk-in customers
Prepare vehicles upon the request of the Operations Dept
Handling petty cash
Perform other jobs that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Good in e-mail correspondence
With good communication skills. Advantage if you can speak Arabic, Urdu and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
