Description

A private executive office in Manama is hiring a trustworthy and well-presented personal secretary to provide both administrative and personal support to the director. The ideal candidate should be open-minded, flexible, and comfortable handling both office-related and personal assistant tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and daily communication
Assist with travel bookings, errands, and administrative tasks
Provide personal assistance, lifestyle coordination, and support as needed
Must be comfortable offering companionship-type presence when required
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Be flexible, mature, and presentable in handling the director’s daily needs

Requirements:

Tamil-speaking lady preferred

Age: Maximum 30-33 years

Local hire in Bahrain or willing to relocate from Tamil Nadu (visa + flight provided)

Good communication skills (English/Tamil)

Trustworthy, loyal, and emotionally mature

Basic computer knowledge and administrative ability

Ready to join immediately or within short notice
