Description
We are a leading logistics and transportation company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, committed to operational excellence and sustainable fleet solutions. We are seeking a skilled Fleet Specialist to join our team and support the efficient operation, tracking, and maintenance of our vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet (light and heavy vehicles).
Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, and performance metrics.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
Ensure all vehicles are compliant with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate fleet records, logs, and reports (e.g., mileage, fuel, repairs).
Assist with vehicle procurement, leasing, insurance, and registration.
Support route planning, driver allocation, and fleet optimization initiatives.
Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to support business needs.
Implement fleet management software systems and track KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fleet or transport operations (GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet tracking software (e.g., GPS, Telematics).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
Fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
