We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team for National Water Company (NWC) projects in Jazan, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards across the NWC project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and awareness sessions to workers and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi safety laws and NWC safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/project safety management.
• Experience on water utility or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations.
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).
• Arabic language skills MUST.
