Description

We are looking for a qualified Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and administrative procedures to ensure business efficiency.

Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.

Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence as needed.

Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

Proven administrative/office management experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Candidates with car rental industry experience will be given preference.
