Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive support in daily human resources operations and general administration. This role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains accurate records, assists with recruitment, and coordinates office activities to support overall business efficiency.
Preference will be only given to candidates with strong knowledge and working experience in Visa processing, Tamkeen & Gosi Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and official correspondence.
• Handle visa, work permit, and residency-related documentation in coordination with PRO/government relations.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (experience in Bahrain preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law , SIO, LMRA and Tamkeen procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
