Front Office Secretary Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain appointment schedules, organize meetings, and manage calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for staff and executives.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support event planning, company functions, and client meetings.
Coordinate communication between internal staff and external stakeholders.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
