We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and creating positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

Provide accurate product and service information

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system

Collaborate with other departments to solve complex issues

Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and support tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude and a team player
