We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning buildings and other structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development: Create innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and comply with regulations.
Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, including scheduling and budget management.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and evaluations to assess feasibility and gather necessary data for design.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
Presentation: Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Technical Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD software and other architectural tools.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Licensure: Licensed Architect (preferred). only Asian people contact
Experience: 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), strong communication skills, and a creative mindset.
Knowledge: Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
