About Tea Joy:

We blend Chinese tea traditions with Saudi flavors. As a Supervisor, you’ll lead our barista team, ensure great service, and help grow our business.
Your Role:
1. Lead the Team
o Train and motivate baristas.
o Solve problems and keep the team working well together.
2. Manage Daily Operations
o Open/close the store, handle cash, and keep the tea house clean.
o Use POS systems (like Square) for orders and sales tracking.
3. Improve Sales & Service
o Suggest new drinks (e.g., saffron or date-flavored teas).
o Upsell premium teas and loyalty programs.
o Handle customer complaints professionally.
4. Adapt to Saudi Market
o Follow local rules (halal, Sharia compliance).
o Learn customer preferences to boost sales.

We Want Someone With:

• 1–2 years of experience leading teams (caf?s, tea shops, or restaurants).
• Good English (Arabic is a plus).
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel for sales reports).
• A positive attitude and love for tea culture (we’ll train you!).
