A newly established Facility Management & Operations company (sole proprietorship, ready to start operations) is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager with the following qualifications:
Proven experience in facility management, operations, and maintenance.
Strong ability to manage and lead technical and administrative teams.
Skilled in business development and securing government and private contracts.
Familiar with local regulations and standards related to contracting, operation, and maintenance.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and execute operational plans.
