Salary: 5000 to 5500 SAR (Including All Allowances)

Required Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
3–4 years of experience as a Receptionist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Job Description:

Reception / Front Desk Duties:
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and handle inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
