Bekal International Holding Company is hiring a Fast Food Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operations of our fast-food outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow.
Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met.
Monitor inventory, supply chain, and cost control.
Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fast Food / Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage operations independently.
Knowledge of food safety standards and staff management.
