Description
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our manpower agency operations. The role requires strong expertise in workforce recruitment, deployment, client servicing, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end manpower supply operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee recruitment, mobilization, and workforce deployment.
• Ensure legal compliance and proper documentation.
• Lead and train recruitment/operations teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a manpower supply/recruitment agency.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and visa processing.
• Excellent leadership and client management skills.
