Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to support the Owner with both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel arrangements, property management, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Owner’s personal and investment properties
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs of properties
Maintain schedules and appointments, ensuring timely reminders and organization
Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as needed
Communicate effectively with vendors, service providers, and relevant contacts
Be available to join immediately and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (Executive Secretary, PA, or Admin role)
Strong knowledge of booking flights, hotels, and processing visas
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness
Must be an Indian, Sri Lankan, or Filipino national
Immediate availability is a must
