We are looking for Customer Service Representative who will do the following roles
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide product or service information accurately and professionally.
Resolve complaints or issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and standards.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.
