Description
A marine company in Damma is looking for the following:
Position Details:
Location: [Dammam, Saudi Arabia]
Salary Package: SAR 18,000 – 22,000 per month (all inclusive)
(subject to candidate’s years of experience, particularly within the GCC region and preferably with Saudi ARAMCO exposure)
Pre-requisites:
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in offshore crewing operations
• Proven experience in recruiting for vessel types:
o MOU Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges
o FSIV DP2 Vessels
o Offshore Support Vessels DP & Non-DP
• Prior involvement in Saudi ARAMCO projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of STCW and MLC compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a diverse team of 6–8 members
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vessel operations effectively
