Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR tasks related to Saudi government regulations (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher BUSINESS,MOL. MCI, Chamber of Commerce, Mudad, Insurance,)

Handle employee data, document control, and reporting systems

Coordinate with ministries and authorities for employee-related procedures

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law

Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the Saudi government sector

Strong knowledge of platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad

Proficient in data management, Excel, and HR systems

Strong communication in Arabic and English

Any nationals or residents with transferable Iqama preferred.
