Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
Design, develop, and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control while minimizing waste
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Control food costs and support the achievement of financial targets
Collaborate with restaurant management on events, promotions, and special menus
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment

Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and menu development
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and budgeting
Creativity and passion for culinary excellence
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
