As a Nursing Training Specialist, you will:

- Deliver engaging on-site and online training sessions for nurses and caregivers preparing them for Prometric exam in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare customized training materials, mock exams, and curricula.
- Assess trainee performance through regular evaluations and reports.
- Offer flexible training through online platforms as necessary.
- Ensure continuous development by staying updated with Prometric exam changes.
- Support professional growth, job readiness, and accommodation coordination for trainees.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of practical nursing experience.
Proven background in training/education (Prometric training experience preferred).

Skills & Competencies:
Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written).
Strong ability to design training materials & mock exams.
Effective training delivery both in-person and online.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
