Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our team by handling a variety of office tasks. This individual should be resourceful, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems

Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Order and manage office supplies and inventory

Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and other clerical tasks

Support other departments as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude
