Job Summary:

The Branch Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of industrial gases to customers. This role involves managing a team, maintaining equipment, and implementing safety protocols to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:
- Supervise and motivate a team of operators, drivers, and other support staff.
- Ensure team members follow safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of industrial gases.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, meeting scheduled delivery times.
- Manage equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections to prevent downtime.
3. Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
4. Customer Service:
- Ensure high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
5. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels, tracking stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of inventory movements.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the industrial gases industry.
