Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned facilities.
Manage and assign duties to cleaning staff, ensuring service quality.
Conduct inspections to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Train and guide cleaners on equipment usage and safety procedures.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies when needed.
Report any incidents, damages, or maintenance needs to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.

REQUIRMENTS

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multicultural teams.
Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety standards.
Preferred Nationality: Filipino.
