We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our facility.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership.

This role is responsible for maintaining safety standards, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and optimizing warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (receiving, packing, shipping, etc.)

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records

Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to meet order deadlines

Train new hires and enforce company policies and procedures

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry and reporting

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

2–4 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety regulations

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods if needed

Forklift certification (preferred)
