Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst/Project Analyst to support
strategic initiatives by conducting feasibility studies, analyzing market and
regulatory factors, and ensuring effective project execution. The role requires strong
analytical, reporting, and project management skills to drive informed decision-
making and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for potential
projects.
• Analyze market trends, regulatory environments, and competitor
activities to support business development decisions.
• Assist in drafting business cases and investment proposals for new initiatives.
• Monitor project progress against established KPIs, milestones, and timelines.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations on project
performance.
• Identify project bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and impact.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
(WBS).
• Ensure accurate documentation of decisions, changes, and updates throughout the project
lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external
consultants.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies, financial modeling, and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI
preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
