We are seeking a Visa & Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visa applications and file preparation for multiple countries including Europe, Australia, USA, Canada, and the UK, while also driving sales and increasing the company’s revenue.

The consultant will assist clients with visa documentation, application procedures, and travel-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. In addition, the role requires a proactive sales approach to promote the company’s services, attract new clients, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process visa applications for various countries.
• Guide clients through visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration rules, embassy regulations, and visa policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting travel and visa services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain proper records, files, and communication with embassies and clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visa consultancy and/or sales.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures for Europe, Australia, USA, UK, Canada, and other destinations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
