Role :
Full-time, on-site. Saturday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Start date 1 October 2025. Probation 90 days.

What you’ll handle:

Bookkeeping to trial balance, monthly close, management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Accounts Receivable: invoicing, SOA, aging, proactive collections, dispute follow-up
Accounts Payable: 3-way match, supplier reconciliations, weekly payment runs, efficient payment plans
Bank, petty cash, wallet reconciliations; daily cash position; cash-flow forecasting
Expense management: policy, approvals, documentation, audits
Inventory/COGS checks for fresh, cut, and RTE lines; basic costing support
VAT returns and ZATCA e-invoicing compliance; WHT where applicable
Payroll coordination with HR, WPS files, GOSI updates
Data collection from production, sales, logistics to keep numbers current
Audit prep: year-end files, schedules, liaison with external auditors

Requirements:

Accounting experience in KSA (FMCG/food/light manufacturing preferred)
Hands-on with Tally and strong Excel
Working knowledge of KSA VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, WPS, GOSI
Languages: English and Arabic, both proficient
Degree in Accounting/Finance; SOCPA/CPA is preferred
