Description

We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Office Helper to assist in daily office operations. The Office Helper will ensure cleanliness, provide support to staff, and handle basic administrative and clerical tasks when needed.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office.

Assist in serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.

Run errands such as delivering documents within or outside the office.

Assist staff in day-to-day activities when required.

Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an office helper or similar role is an advantage.

Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.

Basic communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
