Description
Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate orders; up-sell specials and maintain menu knowledge.
Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and professional manner; ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle payments and close checks following POS procedures; process refunds or adjustments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery.
Assist with opening/closing duties and side work as required.
Observe safety and hygiene standards; follow allergy and dietary restriction procedures.
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
