We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations in our supermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and staff performance

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the store

Supervise cashier, stock, and floor staff activities

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Train, motivate, and schedule team members

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

2+ years of experience in retail or supermarket supervision

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, inventory software, etc.)

Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
