Description

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial health. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing budgets, and assisting in audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.

Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Monitor expenses and recommend cost optimization strategies.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and local regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).

3-4 years Experience in Accounting

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
