We are looking for a skilled and dedicated System Administrator with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security.
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and backups.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Implement and enforce IT security policies.
Provide technical support to staff and end-users.
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
4–5 years proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and networking.
Familiarity with firewalls, security tools, and data backup solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must be available in Bahrain for immediate joining.
