Al Riwaq Cafe & Concept Store, part of Al Riwaq Art Space in Bahrain, is looking for enthusiastic and professional baristas to join our team. Our cafe has a relaxed, artsy vibe, but behind the counter we value professionalism, teamwork, and excellent service.

Your role will include:

Greeting customers and making them feel at home
Presenting and promoting our menu items in an appealing and engaging way
Preparing coffee, drinks, and light food items
Keeping the cafe clean, organized, and ready for visitors
Taking care of the concept store: keeping shelves neat, dust-free, and attractive
Ensuring artwork and displays are well maintained
Helping customers with purchases from the concept store
Restocking cafe and store items, and updating the manager when supplies run low
Working together with the team to keep things running smoothly
Following daily routines to maintain high standards of hygiene

We’re looking for people who:

Have some cafe, waitressing or barista experience (a big plus)
Are reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative & responsibility
Can stay professional while being warm and friendly
Work well with others and treat teammates with respect & professionalism
Care about details, especially when it comes to cleanliness

Required:

Able to work full-time, including evenings/weekends
Reliable and on time
Respectful and professional with customers and colleagues
Gets the job done with cleaning, restocking, and keeping the cafe + concept store looking great
Comfortable working as part of a team

Desirable

Barista or cafe/restaurant experience
Retail or sales experience (helping customers, handling products)
Eye for detail
