Description
Overview:
Hiring a Technician Receptionist to provide customer support, log devices, run basic diagnostics, sell used items, and coordinate with the technical team.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and handle inquiries
Receive, log, and check devices (PCs, consoles, peripherals)
Promote and sell used tech products
Perform initial tests and diagnostics
Process payments, invoicing, and records
Maintain reception area and stock
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic technical knowledge of devices
Organized and able to multitask
Sales or reception experience is a plus

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
