Description

WAMEST is looking for a dedicated Document Controller/Executive with minimum 10 years of Experience in this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of documents throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining document control systems, filing, archiving, and distributing documents, as well as collaborating with project teams to ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and previous experience in document control.

Responsibilities:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software.
• Organize, maintain, and track documents, ensuring their accuracy, integrity, and accessibility both online and offline.

• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Distribute documents both online and offline to authorized personnel while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

• Maintain detailed records of document transactions, including distributions, revisions, and approvals.
• Ensure that documents adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff members on document management systems and procedures.
• Ensure all documents are accurate and free from errors, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Maintain an orderly system for document storage and retrieval, ensuring easy access to information. Maintain Track of Minutes of Meetings, collate signatures from stake holder representatives and circulate to attendees of the meeting.
• Support the Project team in preparing Quotations and Tendering Submittals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Address and resolve issues related to document management efficiently.
