An industrial company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Deputy Factory Manager, to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and operating the factory, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of production processes and achieving production and quality objectives.

Supervise all aspects of manufacturing and production processes, including planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating.

Plan and organize production processes to meet requirements according to specifications.

Manage and lead the production team to ensure effective implementation of the production schedule.

Ensure quality control and compliance with required standards and specifications.

Develop and implement continuous improvement procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Manage inventory and production planning to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.

Handle maintenance and repair requirements for production equipment and machinery.

Work with engineering design programs and prepare product description cards such as AutoCAD and Photoshop.

Perform other duties related to the position as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing wood and metal furniture production.

Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques in wood, plastic, and metal furniture.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate to achieve goals.

Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve factory objectives.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Experience in engineering design programs such as AutoCAD and Photoshop.
