A laboratory in Khobar specialized in civil materials testing is looking for a Technical Manager to manage the activities of civil materials tastings.

Responsibilities:

Oversee calibration processes, equipment maintenance, and compliance with technical standards.

Verify and validate test methods, review reports, and ensure accuracy of measurement results.

Monitor QMS compliance, analyze risks, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure proper documentation, updates of procedures, and adherence to operational requirements.

Train, qualify, and evaluate technical staff to maintain high competence levels.

Handle customer complaints, ensure service quality, and support client requirements.

Promote impartiality, confidentiality, and integrity across all laboratory operations.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (or equivalent).

Minimum 10 years of experience in laboratory and technical management.

Strong knowledge of national and international testing standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS, Saudi Code).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and LIMS software (e.g., ZontaSoft).

Ability to manage workflows, address testing deviations, and ensure compliance.

Engineer Classification from the Saudi Engineering Council is a plus.
