Description

We are looking for a Customer Executive to join our team in Jeddah. The role requires handling incoming customer queries and ensuring they are transferred efficiently to the concerned departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
Understand and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Route queries to the correct department and ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Support in improving customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements:

Based in Jeddah and available for immediate start.
Female candidates only (due to the nature of the work).
Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages (Arabic and English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu preferred).
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and professionalism.
