We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure & Server Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, communications, low-current systems, data center management, and system administration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the stability and growth of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, develop, and maintain network architecture and server infrastructure.

Analyze network performance to identify inefficiencies and troubleshoot issues.

Optimize performance of databases, networks, applications, and servers for maximum uptime.

Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, servers, switches, and routers.

Install and configure operating systems and software on workstations, laptops, and servers.

Provide hands-on support for switches, routers, firewalls, VMware VxRail, and vCenter administration.

Administer Active Directory, manage user accounts, and implement group policies.

Oversee Azure and Office 365 administration.

Manage user access, data security, backup strategies, and restore procedures.

Provide technical support for critical pharma manufacturing systems such as IPC and SCADA.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, storage, virtual environments, and VxRail clusters.

Install and configure endpoint protection across the IT network.

Track, update, and ensure the security of all IT assets.

Provide technical support for workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.

Support IP telephony, surveillance systems, access controls, attendance machines, and copiers.

Prepare network analytics, data reports, and operational manuals.

Stay updated with advancements in networking technologies, protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in a related field.

5–7 years of relevant experience.

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Microsoft & Cisco certifications preferred.
