About Us:
Middle East Contracting Co is a leading contracting company with a strong presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We work with major clients such as ARAMCO, SAMI, SCCL, and other key industry leaders. We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Coordinator to join our contracting division and contribute to the growth of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary communication link between the company and clients (e.g., ARAMCO, SAMI, SCCL).
• Support in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and partners.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in the contracting sector.
• Handle official correspondence, proposals, and reports in both Arabic and English.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Support in preparing business presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Saudi National (mandatory requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of documentation processes, legal procedures, and government regulations.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to support business development initiatives.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous experience in contracting, construction, or business coordination is an advantage.
