Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving student enrolment growth. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, boards, and educational institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead outreach campaigns to increase student strength.
• Negotiate, manage, and renew contracts while ensuring legal compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership agreements smoothly.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
• Must be based in Riyadh.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of securing educational affiliations or strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
