About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced "Maintenance Supervisor" with a strong electrical background and knowledge in landscaping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, leading team, and ensuring all electrical systems and outdoor areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities

Perform electrical repairs and preventive maintenance

Oversee landscaping and irrigation system upkeep

Ensure safety standards and compliance are met

Manage maintenance schedules and reports

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Electrical field

Proven experience in facility maintenance and electrical systems

Knowledge of landscaping maintenance

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
