1. Design & Creativity:
• Design and produce customized balloon arrangements tailored to specific occasions and customer requests.
• Develop seasonal and trend-based balloon designs to expand Floward’s SKU variety.
• Research new materials, colors, and design techniques to keep products fresh and competitive.
2. Quality & Standards:
• Ensure all designs meet Floward’s standards for durability, presentation, and creativity.
• Inspect each arrangement before handover to confirm accuracy and neatness.
• Handle urgent and last-minute requests while maintaining quality.
3. Operations & Workflow
• Prepare required stock of balloons, ribbons, and accessories for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support inventory checks and report shortages or damaged materials
4. Collaboration
• Work with florists and other creative staff to deliver combined gifting solutions.
• Support senior designers and supervisors in large-scale event setups.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve products and creative offerings.
