Description
Gulf Bridge Co, an international freight forwarding company, is seeking a full-time Freight Coordinator to join its team in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments from origin to destination.
Communicate with agents, transport companies, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, AWB).
Track shipments from loading to final delivery.
Liaise with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate data flow.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Knowledge of export/import and customs procedures.
Proficiency in email communication and MS Office tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good command of English (spoken & written)
